Tour de France -> European Championships

Thank you for the show TDF. 3 weeks passed fast and normally I feel guilty sitting inside watching the race when it´s beautiful weather outside. The combination heat and Morris has been horrible so I was forced to spend most days inside.
Luckily TDF delivered really good weeks of cycling. To finally have a Swede in the peloton again made it even better. Tobias Ludvigsson showed his strength in the front of the peloton working for their sprinter in Groupama – FDJ, Arnaud Démare. The reward finally came on stage 18 when they claimed the victory.

Empty feeling today now that it´s over and I can only imagen how the Tour guys are feeling…

Next thing on schedule for most riders is the European Champioinships.
That´s also the next thing on my schedule as I will be commentating the races on SVT (Swedish television).
Can´t wait to get back into it and follow the Swedish riders.
We know Tobias is in good form, but can he recover in time before the time trail on Wednesday 8 of August?
Already this Sunday you can follow our best chance for a medal when the womens road race is on. Emilia Fahlin has shown strong form this season and hopefully the team can back her up to be on podium.

You find the whole Swedish selection here.

Information about the courses here.
