This weekend I visited Stockholm and “Sweden Bike Expo”. Together with Shimano and the Swedish Cycling Federation I met thousands of cycling fans, friends, cyclists and people in the cycling business.

It is great to meet so many nice people and to feel that what I do “alone” on the road most of the year actually makes a difference and that people do care and follow me and my career.

Shimano have been a great sponsor supporting me the last years and to spend time with them was fun. It is a great company with nice and professional people.  Together we also participated in the cycling gala on Saturday evening, where I was nominated. No price for me this year, but still a nice party and a we had lots of fun.

I also had time to meet the “Swedish Childhood Cancer Foundation”.
After cycling the “Ride of Hope” with them some years ago they have a very special place in my heart and I admire the work that they do. Together with them I have started my own collection, please take a look here and help us to raise money for the sick children.

This trip to Sweden also means that I get a opportunity to visit my family back home in Sollefteå. A week with them will be great and it has been way too long since I met them all!

My Swedish adventure will for sure recharge my batteries and give me the energy I need to start my new season!

Thanks to all of you!
