Great feeling to defend the national title, especially on a year like this where not everything has gone my way.
.
I really appreciate the support we have from everyone around us and I have enjoyed so much to meet friends and sponsors that I see way to seldom.
Realize how much you all means to me and Martin and can’t wait to see you all again!
.
Also learned that my CRAFT partners from Borås are also great mechanics, photographers and “hang arounds” and not to forget my home club Härnösands CK, thanks for the lovely dinner yesterday! Always great to meet you all!

The race developed just like I wanted. Championships will always be difficult and hard, specially when you got all eyes at you as the favourite. I think I handled the situation well. A bit dramatic in the final lap when I attacked and Emilia Fahlin got some mechanical problems. Anyway I felt I had control over the situation and the podium was a fair result.

Sweden will have a nice team for the Olympics! Emilia Fahlin, Isabelle Söderberg and me was the main break away in the championships and we will also represent Sweden in London. I look forward to be a part of this positive team.

Lately I have been a lot in the media. Busy days and a fun life!
Take a look at the TV footage from Swedish television SVT:

Proficiat met die mooie trui. De Olympische ringen kunnen daar ook op gedrukt worden:-)
Groeten aan Martin
As LL Cool J once sang,”Don’t call it a comeback!” You were down but not out. Super recovery from injury. What an inspiration! Way to go champ…
Congratulations! Good luck for the main event, Olympics! You are in good hands with Martin and Rob Hurd!
