The last week have been good. A lot of rest and some training in Tønsberg (Norway) have made my head and body ready for racing. It has been hard to fight my way back to the top of woman cycling again, but now I feel fresh and ready. Last week of training have been with focus on strength and adapting to some “lactate acid” behind my red Vespa. Hard core pace training is fun but painful…and the rain we had on one of the sessions was for sure worse for my trainer. He had to break lose his fingers from the handlebars.

Hej!
Jag är fortfarande din supporter, vill gärna prova att sända möjligheten till en bättre harmoni,(om det behövs)ge mig en tid ca: 15 min,det kan vara värt ett försök!
Vänligen Sören Lindberg
I read this today on ‘VeloNation’: “Marianne Vos favourite to take fifth victory in women’s Flèche Wallonne.” Article stated few cyclists in the past have been able to match Vos’ speed up the steepest inclines therefore allowing her to escape. Good luck to you and your team. Bring home a win, you can do it.
