Last weeks training have been really necessary in my rehab. When I first came to Belgium just sitting on my bike felt weird and now (finally!) I feel comfortable again. My body has responded good on the hours I have got on my, and I’m starting to get bored from training – which means that mentally I’m ready to race again! Physically I do not know about yet, guess we’ll know after Sunday.

Omloop van het Hageland Tielt-Winge will be my first race of 2012.
