2012.01.30 - emma

Days are passing by and for every minute I feel that my body is healing from my crash and to be back on my bike really helps all my muscles to relax. I have been on my bike every day since last Tuesday and today I felt that I was ready to start building up my form again.
Power Training on the schedule and I was so happy to suffer again! Surprising was also how strong I felt, maybe I haven’t lost that much as I thought?!
Pity Martin left for Qatar with the team yesterday, otherwise he could have taken a photo of me to show you what I look like now… I’m a lot prettier view now than last update that I did.

    Man blir galet imponerad av din kämpaglöd Emma. Ser fram emot att se dig pÃ¥ cykeln igen. FÃ¥r man dessutom följa dig i OS är det en riktigt bonus. Satsa pÃ¥ att bli frisk först bara 🙂

    Du har nog kommit i form inte så konstigt. Våga vila mer i år. De flesta cyklister är nedtränade hela året. Jag lovar att du kan vila mer.
