Belgium and back in a few days, crazy some would say! But the results that we got on my position test on the track in Gent was totally worth it and it looks like it will make me a faster time trailer for 2012.

To make our trip even more complete we finished it off with a weekend on Hotel Vestlia in Geilo. Cross-country skiing and Spa made me feel a bit spoiled and I loved to see the snow again… There´s no winter without all that white fluffy thing!
Back home now and a new period of power-training has started, have put in some new explosive exercises and can´t wait for the results to come:)

Veel opofferingen, harde lange trainingen met als doel het hoogste trapje op het erepodium. Daarzonder geraak je er niet en er blijven is nog moeilijker. Jij doet het samen met je omkadering. PROFICIAT! Dit seizoen kun je langs de parcours opnieuw op mijn steun rekenen
