Winter training has started and this year I’m actually ahead of schedule. In October I “pre”started a bit with my core stability training and that have made my power training a bit easier and my progress is going faster!
No snow also makes it a lot easier to do my sessions in the weekend. Actually it’s still possible to go on the road bike but since I have my own rules: “No road bike training between 1 October – first training camp in January” I’m collecting the hours either on my MTB or my CX, in good company has to be mentioned:)

This weekend it was the yearly Cycle Cross race in Tönsberg and of course I had to participate! Only 4 woman at the startline but since we got to start together with the mix-group we had some guys to battle with;)
