Few days in Belgium have passed fast and I have had lots of fun.
Photoshoot with Mistral Home (my Belgian sponsor) was something really special and I’m sure there will come some really nice and fun photos as a result of perfect teamwork:)
A funny thing is that my first bike was a Mistral (bought at a gas station in Sweden) and my mum used to call me “Mistral’s Daughter” when I was 12 years old and had just started to race. And yesterday I just found out that my first Belgian sponsor got the idea of the name “Mistral Home” from the old TV serie called Mistral’s Daughter. Can it be a fate??

Today I had a long training and I started it with the “canal group” along the Schelde. Passing the memory monument of Wouter Weyland was a bit strange and if feels so unreal that he will never win that sprint along the Schelde again…
My trainings period is over and it’s finally time to start racing again! Trophee d’ Or starts on Saturday and as last years winner I’m very curious how this years version will turn out… My body feels fresh and I hope for some real nice racing!
Time to pack my bag… Late as always!
