In Sweden it is cold!

Arrived my parents home in Sollefteå and it was freezing cold, thermometer showed -34C. Can’t understand how I survived my Youth here, but know why I chosed to ride my bike. Summer is my time of the year, but still the winter have its charm. A wonderful walk on Christmas day made it even better to celebrate Christmas inside in front of the fire place with my family.

You maybe wonder how I can train?

It is no idea to go out for exercises, so I do my sessions at the gym and I do my intervals on the rollers…. So all my condition is not lost with Swedish Christmas food! Tomorrow it will be warmer and I hope to have the chance to go cross country skiing.
