Just back in Norway after celebrating christmas   I had some lovelly days with my family and I got some nice trainings with my brothers! Unfortunately we did not have a camera with us so no photos from there…

But yesterday when me and Martin went skiing in the cold winter weather we did bring it (see if you can find one wrong on the photos?!)

This morning I took the train to Oslo, then the plane to Stockholm and from there another train to Sundsvall where my mum came to pick me up. 2 hours in car and finally after a 11 hours trip in total (!) I arrived Sollefteå…. Lovelly to see my parents and brothers again and I look forward to a weeks “family life”!

Before I left Norway we had the traditional “pepparkakhus” (gingerbreadhouse) building and decorating together with Martin´s mum and sisters

My idea was to update my site already after Sundays training. I had taken photos to show you how lovelly the weather is in Norway (NOT!) no winter yet and after a session in the mud my clothes were not white anymore…
Something is wrong with my site and I can´t put photos on it  

Last Monday me and Martin went to Sweden to meet my car sponsor Hanssonbil, there we had a “spinning” session with invited girls from schools around Vänersborg with a idea to recruit more girls to the sport. It was nice to see so many girls showing up and I think we had a nice time on the bike, atleast I had!!
A dinner with the lovelly family Larsson and after that me and Martin were ready for our talk. Hanssonbil had invited customers, friends and cyclists to their shop and that ended a lovelly day in Sweden.

Right now I´m lying in our sofa in Norway watching Obama receiving the Nobel Peace Prize in Oslo. Strange how one man can have so much influence and get som much attention.
Soon Martin comes home from work and the days are coming closer to Christmas!

Last week I spent together with the Norweigan national team in Belgium. They had a weeks trainingcamp on the track in Gent and I got to join them, ONE Sweed between 24 Norweigan jerseys
I have always been a bit sceptical and scared for the track but already after 10 minutes I can´t see why… Riding alone, in a group, team timetrail, behind the derny or alone - it´s all perfect and hard training and I can really see how this can make me a better cyclist. The only think that was a bit difficult was the Madison, but once you got it right that was one of the funniest things!
1,5-2 hours on the track and riding there or/and back every day made a very good week of training for me and I could come back satisfied to a lovelly winter weather here in Norway.

The days are now counting down to Christmas and I love this time of the year. Training in the cold winterweather and then to light the fireplace in the evening

This morning I had a long and cosy breakfast together with Martin and now I have a hard power session on the schedule!
