Here in Belgium the spring has arrived, 15 degrees and sunny weather. How I love beeing a cyclist on those days! Everything is so much easier and riding your bike is lovelly 
But tomorrow I´m leaving this beautiful weather and country. I´m off to Italy for two races, Costa Etrusca and Trofeo Costa Etrusca.
The last weeks I have been training hard with focus on Ronde van Vlaanderen. And the idea is that my “good” legs should be here soon. Hopefully already on Saturday…
