2008.05.11 - Emma
After lack of ability to attack and jump in the bigger races I now have tasks and powerexercise in the smaller races. Yesterday was a hard days training. Many attacks and with a hard trainingintervall I created the break of the day. With me and Ludivine in the break we had full control. I attacked twice on the last lap and came alone to the finish. It´s always safer and nicer to do it that way 
In the group behind Ludivine won the sprint, so 1th and 2nd from AA Cycling Team.
