2007.06.03 - Emma
Some nice and different days have passed here on Chongming Island. Still haven`t got used to the time difference and this night I was awake between 02.00-03.30.
Yesterday the racing started (with timetrail) and my team have seen better days… I was the first one from the team on a 20th place, almost 4min after the winning Chinese girl!
Today we had a better day, the sprinter in our team Debby Mansfeld was doing a good job on the sprints and could win some extra seconds on teh sprints and then finish 4th. So now she’s 4th in the general classification and I’m 6th… So a bit better then the timetrail!
Tomorrow we have 70km, and it’s totally flat; actually the whole island is totally flat and only 80km long and 15 wide. We hope for a strong wind to make some difference in the bunch…

Vi sees på torsdag…Emma kommer å henter oss, men tror vi må ta en romantisk tog tur hjem. Blir sikkert ikke plass til alt i bilen.
